We have talked about this in the office, and we plan to add a NOTAM section if people ask for it. I am anticipating that they will (obviously you already have) but I didn't want to pre-empt that happening by doing the feature before it was clear it was wanted by a significant number of people.

So you won't see it in 3.6, but I expect you'll see it soon afterwards if people ask.
